Refund Policy

Due to the unique and handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. This way, you can be sure that what you are ordering has not been used previously. I try very hard to take clear photos of my items and write accurate, comprehensive descriptions to include measurements. Please read the item descriptions to make sure the item is what you want before purchasing.

You can cancel and receive a full refund on items that have not yet been shipped. Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel an order due to we try to ship all items the next business day after receiving full payment.

I will automatically add insurance to the cost of shipping for all items shipped within the US. If your item is damaged in shipment, please let me know immediately or within two business days after it is received. Please provide proof of damage with photos, so I may substantiate the claim. I will work with you upon notification to come to a satisfactory resolution. If the item needs to be returned due to damage, it must be postmarked within 5 days of contacting me about the problem. Delivery confirmation from USPS must be obtained by the buyer and forwarded to me when the package is sent as proof of mailing date and so the item can be tracked until delivery. I’m sorry but all postage costs will be covered by the buyer. I will refund once the item has been returned.

We do not refund packages for arriving late. If you have a deadline in mind, allow extra time for delivery
