Shipping policy

Shipping rates are based on product size and weight.  Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Once you receive your order confirmation email, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery via USPS First Class.

**Payment Information:** We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and more.

Shipping is available to the United States only, using First Class, Ground Advantage, and  Priority Mail. Please note that we do not offer express shipping.

If a package is shipped via First Class mail, refunds are not available for reported lost packages because there is no tracking number provided. Refunds for Ground Advantage and Priority Mail shipments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

For our Canadian customers, as of August 15, 2026, I regret to inform you that, due to shipping costs, taxes, and tariffs, I can no longer sell my patterns directly to you. These extra expenses are unfair for both parties. If you are interested in my patterns, please reach out to your favorite local quilt shops and let them know. They can then reach out to Checker Distributors or Erie Quilt Art Distributors and ask for my patterns. I appreciate your understanding!
